Course Description
In the Analog Simulation with PSpice® Advanced Analysis course, you learn about library and design analysis issues for the advanced user. You configure and run advanced analyses, including Sensitivity, Monte Carlo, stress, sensitivity, and worst case. You do learn some basic tool operations as a part of this course, but this is not the primary focus. It is suggested that if you are not actively using this tool, you need to complete the Analog Simulation with PSpice course before taking this one.
Learning Objectives
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Use Advanced Analysis part libraries and their associated model libraries
- Configure and run Sensitivity, Monte Carlo, and Smoke (stress) analyses
- Use local and global tolerances
- Use measurements and evaluate the circuits response
- Analyze a circuit for sensitivty and worst case analysis
- Run Monte Carlo analysis using standard distributions
- Run optimization to meet performance goals
- Run stress analysis using Smoke
