Optimizing a Bluetooth Antenna for Industrial IoT Applications

In this European Microwave Week (EuMW) presentation replay, learn about a fast and practical RF PCB workflow for the re-design of a Bluetooth antenna for industrial IoT based on an existing reference design. In this workflow, the PCB layout will be imported into the AWR Design Environment platform for EM analysis, and the antenna structure is parameterized for performance optimization at a new target frequency band. EM/RF circuit co-simulation to address Bluetooth module-to-antenna impedance matching is also demonstrated.
