Integrated Virtual Metal Fill - Don’t Emulate—Virtualize Metal Fill!

The traditional metal fill solution, usually inserted late in the process, is not recommended for FinFET designs. The newly added Quantus IVMF feature offers designers the ability to run virtual metal fill much earlier in the design to reduce ECOs for faster design closure.
