By combining tools from MathWorks and Cadence you can get the job done faster and with the accuracy you need. In this webinar, we’ll show the design of a mixed-signal RF chain with a fully-featured system-level Simulink representation which processes complete LTE frames, and detailed transistor-level Spectre and AMS Designer representations of sub-blocks such as the PA and ADC. By combining these representations and our tools in various ways we’ll show the system impact of some of the non-linearities at the transistor level and how in this case, the system can be corrected and improved by a digital pre-distortion algorithm. As we do so, we’ll show data models transferred from SpectreRF to Simulink, from Simulink to AMS Designer, as well as co-simulation between Simulink and AMS Designer. All ways to help you realize and verify your mixed-signal systems more quickly and accurately!
